What's inside your inspection report

Every inspection report is written to be clear, so you know what you're looking at before you decide on your home. Your full report arrives within 24 hours of the inspection, usually shortly after the inspection is finished. Use the sample below to see how it's laid out.

 

What your report includes

• Clear descriptions of what defects were found

• Photos of the issues found

• Coverage of the interior, exterior, roof, foundation, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and any add-on services you choose, such as septic, pool/spa, or well.

Who writes it

Your report is written by Derek Myhand, TREC Licensed Inspector #26263, who personally performs every inspection.
